Stationary valve grinding and lapping machine for sealing surfaces in gate, globe, check valves, gate valve wedges and safety relief valves.

The models STM 500 are used in workshops for maintenance as well as for valve manufacturing.

The model STM 800 E is available with 1 or 2 tilting tables as well as in combination with tilting and rotary table.

Stationary grinding tables for surface grinding of:

Grinding plate Ø: 600 mm (23,6”) or 750 mm (29,5”)

Self-adhesive grinding discs are used on the grinding table.

Grinding tools for using onto drill press and radial drilling machine.

Working range: Grinding adapters DN 15 – 1600 mm (1/2” – 64”)
Tilting table size: from 350 x 350 mm (13,8“ x 13,8“)

Inclination of tilt table is infinitely adjustable: 0-15°

Grinding adapters as well as grinding, lapping and planet grinding discs are used for working of valves sealing surfaces on stationary drill press. Tilt tables are recommended for accurate alignment of gate valves and wedges.

Single-plate surface lapping machine for precision lapping and polishing of surfaces from components such as:

• Valve parts (valve disks und wedges)
• Compressor parts
• Mechanical seals of pumps
